Animoca Brands（以下：アニモカ）がブロックチェーン技術を活用したトランスメディアIP「Cross the Ages」との戦略的パートナーシップを締結したことを発表しました。

この提携の一環としてアニモカはCross the Agesが2年半にわたり開発してきた新作マルチプレイヤーアクションRPG「Arise」の公式ローンチを支援します。「Arise」はUnreal Engine 5を用いて開発されており、2025年第4四半期にPCゲームとして先行リリースされ、その後Macや他のプラットフォームでも展開される予定です。
Cross the Agesは2020年に設立され、Ubisoftやスクウェア・エニックスといった著名なゲーム企業とも提携しています。
アニモカ共同創設者兼エグゼクティブチェアマンであるYat Siu氏は、「Cross the Agesのチームは高品質なWeb3ゲーム開発への強いコミットメントを一貫して示しており、市場は同ゲームの可能性を著しく過小評価している」とコメントし、Unreal Engine 5上で開発されるAriseのポテンシャルに大きな期待を寄せました。
